GIOVE

It is the largest oven in the range, the flagship of Tranquilli Forni’s production, with its three cooking surfaces 65 cm wide. It allows cooking large quantities of food. Everything has been carefully designed: from the steel roof, guaranteeing strength and durability, to the appealing design, the elegance of the colors, to the functionality of the cooking chamber characterized by the presence of two refractory slabs resting in the internal side walls of the oven and covered by two additional removable steel panels allowing the adjustment of the grill height. It is the ideal oven for large communities, agritourism farms, pizzerias, restaurants, and for those who have many friends.

STANDARD FEATURES::
304 roof, ventilated and illuminated by three bulbs. Two grills, two trays (one long h 6 and one short h 3), a hook for the trays, an ash shovel, a fire poker, a side shelf in sheet metal, and a front shelf in steel.

Optional:
• Porchetta grill;
• Additional trays with a height of 3 cm or 6cm;
• Refractory flat for the second floor;
